I installed a Microtek ScanMaker III in XP and it works, and it is not on either list. I installed the Windows 2000 scanner driver, XP and 2000 are very similar. One may have to install ASPI for SCSI scanners in XP if the scanner driver does not, and many do not. I also had to find the INF file from a Win98 system
